Use Bridge only when it feels safe.
Bridge is designed to support willing, respectful communication. It is not suitable for managing abuse, coercion, stalking or immediate danger.
If you are in immediate danger
Contact emergency services. In the United Kingdom, call 999. If speaking may put you at risk, follow the emergency operator’s silent-call guidance. Use a trusted device where possible.
Your partner can see shared content
Check-ins, Clear the Air conversations, priorities, gifts, dates and memories are part of the connected couple space. Do not enter information that could put you at risk if your partner sees it. Deleting content from Bridge cannot remove copies or screenshots made outside the service.
Bridge does not assess safety
Communication prompts, peace offerings and AI wording tools cannot determine whether behaviour is abusive or whether reconciliation is appropriate. No feature should pressure someone to forgive, respond, disclose health information or remain connected.
Health information
Only share a health-related check-in if you freely choose to do so. Bridge does not diagnose symptoms or provide medical advice. For urgent medical concerns, contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service.

Professional support
If you feel controlled, frightened or unsafe, consider contacting a trusted person or a specialist domestic-abuse service from a safe device. Bridge should never be used as a substitute for professional support.
