Terms of Use
These terms govern use of myBRDG, a product of Harborne Gate Ltd.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use myBRDG.
Your account and partner connection
Keep account credentials secure and connect only with a partner you intend to share a private space with. Content entered into shared areas is visible to the connected partner. myBRDG cannot control what a partner remembers, copies or records after viewing shared content.
Acceptable use
Do not use myBRDG to threaten, harass, stalk, coerce, deceive or unlawfully monitor another person; upload unlawful content; interfere with service security; or access another person's account without permission.
Not professional advice
myBRDG supports communication and organisation. It is not medical care, therapy, crisis support, legal advice or emergency assistance, and it does not determine whether a relationship or situation is safe.
Your content
You retain rights in content you create. You give Harborne Gate Ltd the limited permission needed to host, process and display that content to provide myBRDG. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and changes
myBRDG may change, suspend or remove features and may introduce paid features later. Any paid terms will be shown before purchase. Some newer features may be incomplete or unavailable while myBRDG grows.
Ending use
You may export data, disconnect or delete your account through Account Settings. Harborne Gate Ltd may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. myBRDG is provided with reasonable care, but it cannot guarantee that use of the service will resolve relationship difficulties or prevent harm.
